What's the difference between your pricing plans?

All our pricing plans have the same features set. The only difference is the number of credits you can use per month.

What is a credit?

Your Parsio account is credited every month with a number of credits according to your subscription. A credit is used when you process (parse) an email for the first time.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! Our Free plan includes 30 credits per month.

Do unused credits roll over into the next month?

No. The unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

What happens once I used all my credits?

Your Parsio account still can receive emails, but they won't be parsed until the next billing period. Alternatively, you can upgrade your subscription to credit your account. You still can re-process any previously parsed emails.

Can I change my subscription?

You can change (upgrade, downgrade or cancel) your subscription at any time. An upgrade takes place immediately. Downgrades are always scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, and JCB. We do not accept PayPal or bank transfer.

How do I know it's safe to link my bank card?

Parsio never stores your bank card information. Your payment card details are encrypted and safely stored by Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

We generally offer very limited refunds because you can test all the features using our Free plan before becoming a paid member. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, please email us at [email protected].

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, you can view and download your monthly invoices from your Account > Receipts page.
